Bee’s Knees:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water)
  • 5 ml (One Cap Full) Lime Headshot (12 mg THC)
  • Lime twist, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, lime juice, Headshot and honey syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  4.  Garnish with a lime twist.

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add gin and Headshot then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain the cocktail into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Hemingway Daiquiri:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 5 ml (One Cap Full) Lime Headshot (12 mg THC)
  • Lime wheel, for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine rum, lime juice, Headshot, grapefruit juice, and maraschino liqueur.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Mary Pickford:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, Headshot, and lime juice.
  2.  Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Gin Rickey:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Club soda (to top)
  • 5 ml (One Cap Full) Lime Headshot (12 mg THC)
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add gin, Headshot, and lime juice to the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Classic Margarita:

  • 1 oz tequila (silver recommended)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec)
  • 5 ml (One Cap Full) Lime Headshot (12 mg THC)
  • Lime wedge and rim mixture for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a margarita glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add tequila, Headshot, lime juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur and ice to a cocktail shaker.
